Free Eye Camp Arogya Shibir

Samata Foundation in collaboration with Mahatme Eye Bank and Eye Hospital a non-profit organization conducted free eye camp on 6th December, 2017. Free eye camp was conducted at Shivaji Park, Dadar.

People from all over India gathered to offer gratitude to Late. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s memorial on his death anniversary.

Around 2000 patients were examined and about 452 cases of eye cataract cases were identified. Few of them were provided with eye glasses having refractory errors.

On 8th December, 2017 all the patients of cataract underwent surgery at Mahatme Hospital and glasses were provided as per the need.
