At Samata Foundation, we are committed to uplifting underprivileged communities, especially women and youth from the unorganised sector. Our programs focus on skill development, entrepreneurship, legal support, and financial inclusion. Together, these initiatives create pathways for economic independence and social empowerment.

Skill Development Workshops
We conduct various hands-on training programs to help women and youth develop marketable skills for employment or self-employment.

Business Mentorship & Small Scale Entrepreneurship
We provide business mentorship and support for small home-based industries to help individuals start and grow their own businesses.

Micro-Financing and Self-Help Groups (SHGs)
We empower women by facilitating access to micro-loans through Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
- Group Loan Scheme:
- Each registered SHG (10 women in a group) can avail a loan starting from ₹25,000 per person, helping them start or expand small businesses.
Legal Awareness & Counselling
We offer legal support and documentation assistance to help marginalized groups understand and claim their rights.
